Returns & Refunds policy

Conditions for returns:
  • Original Artwork. All original paintings and drawings are unique works of art. Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on original artwork.

  • Commissioned Artwork. Commissioned paintings are also final sale once the work has been approved by the client. A 50% deposit is required before work begins.

    a) The remaining 50% balance is due after the artwork is completed and approved.

    b) The artwork will be shipped or delivered only after the full payment has been received.

    c) The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has started, unless we are unable to fulfill the commission for any reason.

    If we are unable to complete your commission, all payments made will be refunded in full.

  • Print-on-Demand Products. Some products in our store may be fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand providers. For these items, return and refund eligibility depends on the issue and the fulfillment partner’s policy. If a print-on-demand item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us first so we can review the issue and provide the next steps.

    We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind on print-on-demand products unless required by law or approved on a case-by-case basis.

    In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    a) The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

    b) The goods are in the original packaging

    We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Commission Acceptance Disclaimer


I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my sole discretion. If a commission request does not align with my artistic style, creative direction, or personal values, I am not obligated to accept or complete it. In such cases, I will contact the client promptly and refund the 50% deposit in full.

By using this website and requesting my services, clients acknowledge and accept this policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place a commission request or use my services.

Return Requests

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. As no return address is listed on this website, please contact us first before sending any item back. Return instructions will be provided if your request is approved.

I cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, an insured and trackable mail service is recommended. I am unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
